From Memorial Day to Labor Day we require a 3 day
minimum stay.
Regular Season Rates include a private cottage with
daily housekeeping services, three complete meals and full use of our facility.
Off season rates run May 11-23, or August 25 - Sept 24, and
do not include daily housekeeping. We won't be changing towels or restocking the
wood piles every day with the no daily housekeeping rates. It's our way of
keeping your rates lower. Daily housekeeping is still available during
off-season for additional fees.

Reservation Policy
Deposits: $100 per person - Off-Season
$200 per person - Prime Season
Deposits are
non-refundable. Deposits provide assurance to both you and us of a confirmed
reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled at least 4 weeks prior to reservation date can be applied
to a future reservation, minus a $50 service charge. There is no
deposit refund for cancelled reservations without a future booking.
No refunds for late arrivals, early departures or person(s) not
accompanying their party.
Cash or your personal checks are preferred form of
payment. Discover, Visa or Master Cards will be accepted. Payment is expected
upon arrival.
Should you have any special dietary needs - Please let
us know when making your reservation.
Should you want a lunch packed on the day of your
arrival, kindly let us know in advance. Lunches are packed in the early a.m.
while our kitchen is staffed for that purpose.
Check in & out times
Check in time is after 1 pm on scheduled arrival date.
Check out time is before 10 am on scheduled departure date.
Except when other arrangements are made in advance.
Pets
Certain well-behaved pets are welcome here, but with a few restrictions. In
order for all our guests to enjoy their vacation, we ask you to please obey our
pet requirements.
Our insurance policy prohibits us from accepting certain types of pets and
breeds of dogs.
Please call or email us if you are planning to bring your pet.

There will be a $10 per day per pet fee.
