Policies
Reservation Policy
Deposits: 30% of lodging fee plus boat rental if applicable
Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits provide assurance to both you and us of a confirmed reservation. Reservations made during 2025 for 2026 are due February 15, 2025.
Policies:
Confirmation: We will email or mail you a confirmation as soon as we receive your deposit. Should you not receive a confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact us to ensure we have correct information on file. We make every effort to honor your cabin request, but very occasionally unforeseen circumstances might require a cabin reassignment.
Cancellation Policy: We are a small business and cancellations affect us significantly.
A nonrefundable deposit of 30% paid by cash or check of your lodging base price is required to confirm your reservation. Groups of 6 people or more require a 50% paid by cash or check nonrefundable deposit. In the event, you must cancel, we will honor your deposit if you rebook within one calendar year. If you cancel that reservation; you forfeit your deposit.
No refunds for late arrivals, early departures or person(s) not accompanying their party.
Deposits can only be paid by Cash or Check. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover Card. We do not take Credit Cards over the phone or for deposit.
Check in & out times
Check in time is after 3 pm on scheduled arrival date.
Check out time is before 10 am on scheduled departure date.

Pets
Certain well-behaved pets are welcome here, but with a few restrictions. For all our guests to enjoy their vacation, we ask you to please obey our pet requirements.
Our insurance policy prohibits us from accepting breeds of dogs and State Law prohibits exotic pets.
Call or email us if you are planning to bring your pet. Please bring current license, vaccinations and medical record, in case of emergency this is especially useful.
Click on this link, download, review and sign the Pet Policy. Either mail or fax it back to us with your reservation. There will be a $10 per day per pet fee.
We DO NOT provide Kennels.
The Prohibited breeds are:
Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akita’s, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids. Or a mix of any of the above. There are Boarding options for your dog available locally. We DO NOT make the arrangements for you. Please arrange on your own.
